Subject of the Agreement<\/h5><p data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"1175\">The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s), the characteristics and sales price of which are specified on the website <strong data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1131\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1114\" data-end=\"1129\">www.rughali.com<\/a><\/strong>, that the Buyer has ordered electronically.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1208\">3. Product Information<\/h5><p data-start=\"1210\" data-end=\"1431\">The type, model, quantity, color, unit price, total price, payment, and delivery information of the purchased product(s) are displayed to the Buyer during the order confirmation process and are included in the order form.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1463\">4. General Provisions<\/h5><p data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1731\">4.1. The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood all terms of this Agreement, as well as the product features, sales price, payment, and delivery conditions published on <strong data-start=\"1649\" data-end=\"1668\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1651\" data-end=\"1666\">www.rughali.com<\/a><\/strong>, and that they have confirmed this information electronically.<\/p><p data-start=\"1733\" data-end=\"1859\">4.2. The product will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer in the order form.<br data-start=\"1824\" data-end=\"1827\" \/>Delivery times are as follows:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1860\" data-end=\"1986\"><li data-start=\"1860\" data-end=\"1900\"><p data-start=\"1862\" data-end=\"1900\"><strong data-start=\"1862\" data-end=\"1880\">Within Turkey:<\/strong> 2\u20135 business days<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1901\" data-end=\"1986\"><p data-start=\"1903\" data-end=\"1986\"><strong data-start=\"1903\" data-end=\"1928\">International orders:<\/strong> 1\u20133 weeks (depending on customs and logistics conditions)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1988\" data-end=\"2084\">4.3. Unless otherwise stated during the ordering process, shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.<\/p><p data-start=\"2086\" data-end=\"2271\">4.4. In the event that the Buyer\u2019s credit card or payment method is used by unauthorized persons for reasons not attributable to the Buyer, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"2278\" data-end=\"2320\">5. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)<\/h5><p data-start=\"2322\" data-end=\"2567\">5.1. All Rug Hali products are <strong data-start=\"2353\" data-end=\"2370\">100% handmade<\/strong>. Therefore, each item has its own unique texture, pattern, and weaving character.<br data-start=\"2452\" data-end=\"2455\" \/>Minor tonal or weaving variations are natural results of the handmade process and <strong data-start=\"2537\" data-end=\"2566\">do not constitute defects<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"2569\" data-end=\"2852\">5.2. The Buyer is responsible for carefully reviewing the product descriptions, dimensions, color tones, and images before placing an order.<br data-start=\"2709\" data-end=\"2712\" \/>By confirming the order, the Buyer declares that they have reviewed all product details and accepted the purchase based on this information.<\/p><p data-start=\"2854\" data-end=\"3082\">5.3. For this reason, <strong data-start=\"2876\" data-end=\"2921\">returns or cancellations are not accepted<\/strong> if the product has been correctly, safely, and accurately delivered as described.<br data-start=\"3003\" data-end=\"3006\" \/>Each rug is produced and shipped <strong data-start=\"3039\" data-end=\"3081\">exactly as shown in the product photos<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"3084\" data-end=\"3164\">5.4. However, product returns will be accepted under the following conditions:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3165\" data-end=\"3337\"><li data-start=\"3165\" data-end=\"3264\"><p data-start=\"3167\" data-end=\"3264\">The product delivered is in a <strong data-start=\"3197\" data-end=\"3236\">completely different color or model<\/strong> than shown in the photos,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3265\" data-end=\"3337\"><p data-start=\"3267\" data-end=\"3337\">The product has been <strong data-start=\"3288\" data-end=\"3320\">damaged or rendered unusable<\/strong> during shipment.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3339\" data-end=\"3518\">5.5. In such cases, the Buyer must notify the Seller <strong data-start=\"3392\" data-end=\"3442\">in writing or via e-mail within 3 (three) days<\/strong> of receiving the product and must provide photos clearly showing the issue.<\/p><p data-start=\"3520\" data-end=\"3705\">5.6. Upon the Seller\u2019s approval, the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging.<br data-start=\"3616\" data-end=\"3619\" \/>Once inspected and confirmed, a refund will be issued to the Buyer within <strong data-start=\"3693\" data-end=\"3704\">14 days<\/strong>.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"3712\" data-end=\"3740\">6. Delivery and Shipping<\/h5><p data-start=\"3742\" data-end=\"4087\">6.1. Delivery is made through contracted courier companies.<br data-start=\"3801\" data-end=\"3804\" \/>6.2. The product is delivered to the address specified by the Buyer during the order.<br data-start=\"3889\" data-end=\"3892\" \/>6.3. The Buyer must inspect the product at the time of delivery. If any damage or missing parts are detected, a report should be prepared with the courier, and the product should not be accepted.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"4094\" data-end=\"4123\">7. Warranty and Liability<\/h5><p data-start=\"4125\" data-end=\"4506\">7.1. Since all products are handmade, small variations in color or size are considered natural and not a defect.<br data-start=\"4237\" data-end=\"4240\" \/>7.2. The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the product is delivered without defects and in accordance with the stated specifications.<br data-start=\"4379\" data-end=\"4382\" \/>7.3. The Seller is not responsible for any damages caused by improper use, cleaning, or failure to follow care instructions.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"4513\" data-end=\"4545\">8. Privacy and Personal Data<\/h5><p data-start=\"4547\" data-end=\"4776\">All personal data shared by the Buyer are stored in accordance with the <strong data-start=\"4619\" data-end=\"4658\">Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)<\/strong> and are used only for the purpose of fulfilling the order.<br data-start=\"4717\" data-end=\"4720\" \/>For more details, please review our <a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"#\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"4756\" data-end=\"4775\">Gizlilik Politikas\u0131<\/a>.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"4783\" data-end=\"4803\">9. Force Majeure<\/h5><p data-start=\"4805\" data-end=\"5006\">The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, extraordinary circumstances, transportation disruptions, or logistics problems.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"5013\" data-end=\"5039\">10. Dispute Resolution<\/h5><p data-start=\"5041\" data-end=\"5264\">In case of disputes arising from this Agreement, the <strong data-start=\"5094\" data-end=\"5129\">Consumer Arbitration Committees<\/strong> veya <strong data-start=\"5133\" data-end=\"5152\">Consumer Courts<\/strong> located in the Buyer\u2019s residence area, within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade, are authorized.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"5271\" data-end=\"5290\">11.
