DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between the Buyer and the Seller whose details are provided below, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s), the characteristics and sales price of which are specified on the website www.rughali.com, that the Buyer has ordered electronically.

3. Product Information

The type, model, quantity, color, unit price, total price, payment, and delivery information of the purchased product(s) are displayed to the Buyer during the order confirmation process and are included in the order form.

4. General Provisions

4.1. The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood all terms of this Agreement, as well as the product features, sales price, payment, and delivery conditions published on www.rughali.com, and that they have confirmed this information electronically.

4.2. The product will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer in the order form.
Delivery times are as follows:

  • Within Turkey: 2–5 business days

  • International orders: 1–3 weeks (depending on customs and logistics conditions)

4.3. Unless otherwise stated during the ordering process, shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

4.4. In the event that the Buyer’s credit card or payment method is used by unauthorized persons for reasons not attributable to the Buyer, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

5.1. All Rug Hali products are 100% handmade. Therefore, each item has its own unique texture, pattern, and weaving character.
Minor tonal or weaving variations are natural results of the handmade process and do not constitute defects.

5.2. The Buyer is responsible for carefully reviewing the product descriptions, dimensions, color tones, and images before placing an order.
By confirming the order, the Buyer declares that they have reviewed all product details and accepted the purchase based on this information.

5.3. For this reason, returns or cancellations are not accepted if the product has been correctly, safely, and accurately delivered as described.
Each rug is produced and shipped exactly as shown in the product photos.

5.4. However, product returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is in a completely different color or model than shown in the photos,

  • The product has been damaged or rendered unusable during shipment.

5.5. In such cases, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing or via e-mail within 3 (three) days of receiving the product and must provide photos clearly showing the issue.

5.6. Upon the Seller’s approval, the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging.
Once inspected and confirmed, a refund will be issued to the Buyer within 14 days.

6. Delivery and Shipping

6.1. Delivery is made through contracted courier companies.
6.2. The product is delivered to the address specified by the Buyer during the order.
6.3. The Buyer must inspect the product at the time of delivery. If any damage or missing parts are detected, a report should be prepared with the courier, and the product should not be accepted.

7. Warranty and Liability

7.1. Since all products are handmade, small variations in color or size are considered natural and not a defect.
7.2. The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the product is delivered without defects and in accordance with the stated specifications.
7.3. The Seller is not responsible for any damages caused by improper use, cleaning, or failure to follow care instructions.

8. Privacy and Personal Data

All personal data shared by the Buyer are stored in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and are used only for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

9. Force Majeure

The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, extraordinary circumstances, transportation disruptions, or logistics problems.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts located in the Buyer’s residence area, within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade, are authorized.

11. Enforcement

By confirming the order electronically, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement enters into force at the moment of electronic approval.
