Our dyes are derived from plants, roots, and natural minerals—we never use synthetic or chemical dyes. This ensures each rug is both eco-friendly and long-lasting.

Where are your rugs made?

Our rugs are handwoven in Turkey and Afghanistan by local artisans.
All finishing, quality control, and international shipping are managed from our main warehouse in Istanbul, Turkey.

Do you accept custom orders?

Absolutely!
We’re happy to create custom sizes, colors, or designs tailored to your space and style.

Yes, we proudly offer nationwide delivery within Turkey.
Orders within Turkey are typically delivered in 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide!
We deliver to Europe, the United States, Canada, and other regions with reliable international shipping partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 1–2 weeks

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can track your shipment online at any time through our logistics partner’s website.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, we are not accept returns in accordance with our Return Policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase.
Custom-made rugs, however, are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

How should I care for my handmade rug?
